Should be located on the main crank pully, There is also going to be a little pointed associated with them often it is part of a plastic cover on the front of the engine.

Align the hole in the cam sprocket with the mark on the cylinder head. Align the "T" mark on the timing cover with the marks on the crankshaft pully. If you already have the belt off, you will have to put the cover and the pully back on temporarily to get the crank aligned.

There is no ignition timing to set on these later model cars. The spark is controlled by sensors and the engines computer which will pulse the injectors and ignition coils. What kind of problem are you having?
