It is a 30 amp fuse in the fuse box. See post.

for the rear wiper check fuses # 7 and #12 in the fuse box inside the vehicle.....as far as the seat one of the seat motors are bad and the only way to repair it is get a used seat or order a new seat tack from the dealer...the motors are not offered separate

Sounds like a linkage (wiper transmission) problem. But, put an external ground wire to the wiper motor first and see if they work then.
Also many wipers have a fastening nut on the wiper arm where it attaches to the stub that goes through the body. These may have loosened and gone out of adjustment. If so, loosen them and re-position arms, then tighten them down.

There is a Fuse for the Wipers on the Box inside the Car. There actually could be one in the Relay Fuse Box under the Hood also. This box Shoud be on the Drivers Side up torwards the Firewall of the Car.

Check to see if the stud that they sit on is not spinning . Make shure that they are tight. Start by parking your wipers. then loosten the wipers and put them back on where they should be parked and tighten them up this should fix the problem .
