Checked the starter solenoid? Put a test light on the small wire going to the solenoid and turn the key. If it lights up and still wont crank... replace the solenoid.

Hi Les, I;m glad to help. There is an fusible link that runs off the battery cable pull on it and see if it comes apart, if it does replace it and see if everything is working properly. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Les.
Have you checked for voltage at the starter terminals ? It could be the neutral safety switch or the key switch among other things. You can register for free at autozone's website to get basic repair info.
Test the starter relay, solenoid, and ignition switch. If it is an automatic put in neutral and try to start. If it does, replace the neutral safety switch.

Code C1336 is for Deceleration sensor zero point calibration undone. To perform zero point calibration, have the steering wheel in the straight ahead position and have the vehicle on a level surface within an inclination of 1%. Turn the ignition switch OFF. Use a jumper wire and connect terminals TS and CG of Data Link Connector (DLC) 3. Turn the ignition switch ON. Keep the vehicle stationary on a level surface for 2 seconds or more and verify that the VSC warning light blinks.

check the adjustment on the switch rod try to start the engine by removing the rod and moving the ignition switch with a tool sounds like the rack in the column has slipped
There's only 2 more things that I can think of, check the fuse for the ignition, then the computor itself, you did everything else.It might be the problem and may not.
