Hi if you already change them and you did it right
and still no power go to fuse panel and check the proper fuse windshear pump
if still in trouble double check your wires closely better have a cheap tester to measure continuity

SOURCE: Replace the windshield washer motor

first locate the washer tank, remove the bolts that are holding it. remove the wire to the motor, remove the hose that is attached to the motor, slowly pull the motor off the rubber gasket .

do the reverse in installing a new one.

SOURCE: 2000 Jeep Cherokee Windshield Washer

You have a motor for the front and rear washer. Check the fuses. If the intermitted wipers does not work, there is a relay under the dash near the steering colum that needs to be replaced.

Sounds like the PARK SWITCH within the WIPER MOTOR is at fault, Only way to beat it is relay the motor. Hope this helps

What would cause the windshield wipers on my recently purchased Jeep Patriot Sport work on every speed except the high speed. High speed doesn't work at all.

The intermittent switch has a bad contact in it for the high speed, i would say, most likely will have to replace it.
