I have a 1999 honda civic ex coupe 2dr an every so often bog similar to whatthe car would do if you run out of gas while driving. But that happens very rarely an it does that for at most a minute or 2. An im having hard shifts in reverse and drive an have to start in D1 to have a normal take off an thats the flashing D4 probably how can i an wat causes those issues ive changed the fuses an it fixed it when i did for little while. Then fuse popped. Again. Help!!!!
