I think " Hoppe" makes a wiring kit that will plug right in, if you can't find that you may have to tap or splice into the wiring. Green-right turn/stop. Yellow-left turn/stop Brown- tail lights. White- ground. I hope this helps. Take care.

You can find it under the passenger side, below the glove box. Usually, when they fell, you will get mutiply codes that don't make sense, but needs to be tested with a scan tool, Genesis, or Snap on Scanner.
