Honda city S 2009. Regularly serviced by Honda. The car jerks quite regular now and it’s stronger then a year ago. The fuel tank filter was changed recently. Jerks at low speed and at idle.

SOURCE: 76 volvo 240 car idles and low speed is rough,

It could be the filter. Has the fuel been changed after storage? I would also thing the Carburetor or the fuel injectors might need to be cleaned.

SOURCE: 98 ford e 150 van idles in park fine. But when

Did you try changing plugs and WIRES!! wires are the most common cause of this problem, under load if you have a bad cracked wire it will "leak" the spark causing a weaker spark there for making your spark at the plug weak not burning the entire charge in the cylinder. If this still doesn't solve your problem being the cheap way (im sure it may fix it) try by changing your coil packs let me know what happens. If all else fails you may have a sloppy injector

Service traction control service Stabilitrak 2009 Buick Enclave CTL replaced speed sensor and brakes still saying anti-lock brake system not working

Often people do not regularly change the brake fluid which should be done every 2 years. This allows debris to build up in the fluid and blocks the small holes in the anti lock brake pump. There is nothing you can do about this and you need to change out the pump and refresh all the brake fluid. It is a common problem on cars that have not been regularly serviced according to the manufacturers schedule.

We got a saturn vue 2003 2 years ago it had 60x mi on it now it's got 84x we change oil every 3000 mi and last year we took it to the dealership for service, but i want to know what other services should i...

Keep the serpintine belt, oil/oil filter, air filter, gas filter and transmission fluid/filter changed regularly. At 84k, check the brakes (front and back). I would look at changing the spark plugs as well. If it is running good, you want to keep it that way...good luck

I am using a honda of about 198,000 miles what precautions do i take to keep going, the car looks quite good. The model is 1999

Hi there

You'll need to do maintenance check on a regular basis. Basics for that is that on city driving, you change oil every 3 months or 3,000 kilometers. Regularly check the radiator fluid to avoid overheating and lastly... you have the wheels balanced and aligned (camber alignment) whenever you feel a wiggle or when the car starts favoring the right over the left.. almost forgot, brake fluid every year to rid of the moisture that could have accumulated from the lines.

hope this helps
