Do you have a sunroof? A leak is often caused by a blocked drain.

Check the fuse panel first, after that check your fuse relays under the hood, if not then it might be a wiring problem.

SOURCE: 2002 Ford Explorer, rear driver side door

Wil it work at the door switch or not at either switch? If not make sure you have power and ground to the motor in up and down positions. if so suspect the motor. Also the cable operated regulators break and will not let the window go up or down

SOURCE: leaking at ceiling

It is the top edge of the windshield ... for sure.
The water that enters through there will travel along the roof liner until it finds an opening to pour out of (the glasses holder).
1. Do not use water to find the leak....
2. best thing is to remove the chrome that surrounds the windshield top edge, clean the area underneath.
3. Apply a good silicone sealant (from AutoZone $10).
4. Your dealer knows it is the windshield.
5. If you must test for a leak, it is best to use a FOG test. A fog test produces thick, odorless white smoke.
6. You can get creative if you know someone with a fog machine like musicians (bands) use.... and a flashlight.

It IS the windshield...
Hope this helps!

Power steering fluid leak on my 2000 ford explorer

Most likely the seals on either the pump or the rack and pinion. Could be a leaking hose between the two. Might be a loose or leaking hose connection at the pump or at the rack and pinion. If you lose the fluid in a short period of time it shouldn't be to hard to find the leak, and you are also smelling it burn when it hits the the exhaust pipes. Refill the system and with the engine running have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth while you look at the pump, lines, and at each end of the rack and pinion. you WILL find the leak.

The driver side floor is wet under my feet thought maybe it's leak in window just on floor and only on driver side Thanks ron 2005 explorer xlt 70,000.00 miles

it might be a door/ windor seal or it could be a heating component leaking. im sure that the heater core is on the passenger side but when they begin to leak they cause a localized leak much like your description.

2005 Jeep Liberty rain leak

Sealant alone will not stop a leak where the luggage rack is leaking, if it is the L/R. I am a Pilot and you just cant imagine how water can be driven in past sealant at speed. If you are leaving it to the dealer to correct this leak, good luck. I really believe it is the rack. A window leak is to easy to correct.

Water is leaking in the back on the drivers side

You may have a bad door seal strip. Check the rubber seal that goes around the door frame on the body and make sure it's first in place correctly, and secondly not torn, ripped or damaged. also make sure your window seals are good too. Good Luck
