Kinda sounds like you still have air in your cooling system. You will have to air bleed the system.

SOURCE: 2002 civic ex overheating

with your description it sounds like your fans are not coming on, also sounds like the problem was never solved, sounds like you threw a lot of money at your problem also... check to see if the fans are coming on at the right times, seems like a n air movement over the radiator since you say it only gets hot in stop and go traffic... well when your driving at a constant highway speed guess what you have air movement through the radiator... check also a clogged ac condensor with bugs, pressure wash it out so the air can pass through it easily... please rate my help thanks

SOURCE: 1994 Dodge Spirit heater blowing cold but radiator is overheating

1st you need to make sure no air in your system open you radaiator cap and your heater to max and see if air bubles or circulation is going on fill up accordingly otherwise you have blockage in your system or water pump if no circulation ////make sure no bubles all bubles should be gone////look for coolant circulation in your radiator make sure your thermostat is not defective or placed in the right position.

SOURCE: Heater blows hot air while car is moving but cold

That sounds like the coolant level is low. If it is not the use of "stop leak" has probably caused a partial clog which restricts the flow of water unless the vehicle is turning higher RPMS. While sitting still raise the RPMS to about 2000 and see if the heater blows hot air to see if the above mentioned problems are fact.

Replaced starter in my 2004 GMC Yukon. I had the hot wire and the solenoid wire touching causing the vehicle to crank when battery terminal was re-attached. Put wires correct but now it won't idle.

On some vehicles, the computer has to "learn" how to run efficiently after the battery has been disconnected for a period of time. I had an 04 Cadillac that would not idle either after the battery was disconnected for several hours. I tried everything to get it to idle right, resetting the computer, etc. Once I actually drove it around the block it started running correctly after about 1/8 mile. I could not get it to "learn" until I actually drove it, letting it run in park for almost two hours was not enough, it had to go through the process of actually driving to get everything back to normal.

You need to have the factory security system scanned, it is most likely locking you out due to a fault.

For an unknown reason the gearbox has put it's self into "Limp" mode, this could be die to an issue with a sensor or a clogged filter, Check the state of your fluid and it may need a filter change and a fluid flush.

Saturn keeps running hot and not holding antifreeze

Overheating problems are hard to solve so you have to go with probabilities and indications. You say that it is overheating and not holding antifreeze but you don't say where you are losing the antifreeze. If it is coming out the radiator pressure cap then I would start with the thermostat followed by the water pump and radiator. If it is coming out the side or bottom of the engine then I would suspect a cracked block or a blown head gasket. If it is coming out in the passenger compartment, then I would suspect the heater core or water lines to it.

Good Luck!

The low coolant sensor is in the resivor where you put the coolant in. Since you drove it such a short distance the thermostat probably did not open to allow the coolant to pass. There is a skid plate underneath the car you can remove to find the source of the leak.

Could be a lot of things. First check for leaks. Fill the system. If you have a radiator cap, take it off and make sure the radiator is full--not just the reservoir. Start the car and let it idle in park with the cap off until the car is warm--keep the radiator full. Then put the cap back on and watch for leaks. Let us know what you find. Running so few miles has accelerated the aging of the battery - the battery never had a chance to fully recharge in such small trips -  so now you have to replace it a year sooner than usual.
Just replace it.
