I have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan EX. Replaced rear tail/flashers with LEDs, then replaced front flashers/driving lights. Noticed no tail lights but 2 blown L & R flasher fuses. Replaced them and now the L flasher is on but not flashing, regardless of the position of the signal lever. L tail and license plate light functioning now function but not R tail. The hazards work normally. Need to install resistors for hyperflashing signaling. when there was no fuse, blinkers worked; not functioning with a good fuse. With a good fuse, left tail and license plate light works, not without. I'm confused and don't know what to try next.

Hello I had the same problem on my 04 monte. After changing bulbs ,checking wires etc. I finally took it to the dealer and they found out it was the hazard switch. After swapping it with a new one all lights, dash etc started working again and have not had another problem

Just found the answer on another site. Sure enough went out removed the 3 philips head screws in the steering column opened it up and walla a wire connection had pulled itself free. When my son uses my truck he always uses the tilt steering, when I get in I have to readjust it. because of this the wire connection pulled itself out. I simply pushed it back in an blinker and brake light are now working. My husband is now trying to figure a way to secure the wire connection so it doesn't pull itself out again. Hope this helps others, either by saving the cost of a dealership or machanic or from getting rear ended.

If you have trouble finding signal flasher, turn your right side blinker on, and follow clicking noise to flasher.
