Make sure you have spark at the plugs and hook a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail to make sure you have enough fuel pressure for the engine to run. You should have at least 40PSI at the rail. If you have spark, and you have fuel pressure do a compression test. The 3 things an engine needs to run is fuel, spark, and compression. If you verify that you have spark, fuel pressure, and compression, you need to make sure that the fuel injectors are getting the signal to open.

Does it have spark ? Check fuel pressure with a mechanical pressure gauge , don't just assume because you hear the fuel pump that it is pumping fuel . Checking compression if it does have fuel an spark , any light's lit on the instrument cluster ? Security ? Anti-theft systems will disable fuel injectors if there is a problem . Hooking up a scan tool an checking for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes should also be done . If you don't know what i'am talking about , your best bet mite be to have a qualified repair shop check it out .

Wel to start with ,,remove the fuel feed pipe tp carby or injector rail to find if you have fuel pressure there,, if ok then go to your coil check for feed to pos side and then check No 1 plug (but must be pluged in and good earth on engine) if ok then the problem must be in the timing or still in fuel system,
SOURCE: We have a 2000 Cadillac Catera the Radiator has
Is it Oil,or Automatic transmission fluid?
I've changed several Catera Radiator's because the transmission cooler cracked inside of them!!
Better check the transmission fluid for engine coolant too,Coolant in the Automatic Transmission will kill it purdy Quick!

K134 Multifunction relay is on the driver side, inside the dash above the driver's left ankle (area). (2) panels need to be removed below the steering column to access this area. The first is a panel that matches your dash. The second is a cardboard panel with foam padding on it that encompasses the arms holding the brake pedal and accelerator. You'll then need to lay on your back on the floor board, head in first. Look for a gray box about 3" square by 1 1/2" thick. Push it 'up' off of it's mounting bracket to release. Unplug the wiring harness. Plug in new relay and re-mount.
