SOURCE: TIMING PROBLEM

I dont think that u have a timing probing but just to be sure I would recheck the timing, (remove timing belt cover, set crank to zero and make sure both cams line up with the marks on the engine) if thats all good the u have a prob with that particular cylinder. first thing I would do is swap the coil pack from cyl 3 with another cylinder (like cyl 1) then start the car if the misfire code goes from P0303 (Cyl 3) to P0301 (Cyl 1) then u know u have a bad coil pack. try that and let me know what happens

Saturn vue with a hard start. and code p1629?

P1629 Is a code for the Imobilizer system. It is indicating the key transponder is not working the incorrect key is being used or for some other reason it thinks the the key is wrong. The Key has a transponder that sends a signal out all the time, The lock cylinder has an antenna built into it to recieve this signal, the computer uses this signal to verify the correct key is in use. Wrong key/no signal and the computer will not turn on the fuel injectors. It needs to go to a dealer as any replacement componets like the computer or body control module will have to be programmed by them.

What is the cost to replace an engine valve in a 2003 X Type Jaguar?

This requires cylinder head removal and new head gaskets. Its VERY labor intensive and all your accessories have to be removed including timing chain. The price ussually ranges between $1500 to $2500 pending how desperate the mechanic is for cash.

Where is #2 cylinder on 2000 jaguar s type 4.0?And what is code p0302

I recently starting having this problem also (only code p0305/308). That code means "miss-fire" on #2 cylinder. The #2 cylinder is the nearest cylinder on the right (closest to front of car on drivers side) if you are standing in the front of the car.
