How to replace motor mounts on 2003 hyundai sonata

You really need the car on a lift or tall jack stands to do this. You will need a full set of hand tools, a good hydraulic floor jack, a set of Jack stands (AKA Safety Stands) and a 1.5 Ton bottle jack. Raise the front of the car as high as possible and unbolt the old mounts from the engine and engine cradle, then Carefully using the bottle jack (put a piece of wood on the plunger of the jack to avoid damage to the oil pan) raise the engine off the mounts and remove them, and reverse install new mounts, time about 2-3 hours to do the repair.

I need to replace rear axel on 2001 chevy silverado 1500

jack up the rear end high and place chassis rails on stands. Remove wheels . disconnect brake hose to the rear and use a hose pincher to stop brake fluid leaking out . Disconnect the hand brake cable at a convenient point ( probably at the rear of the transmission. Disconnect the drive shaft at the diff pinion and lay to one side . Place the jack under the diff housing centre and take a bit of weight. . If you have leaf springs --undo the "U" bolts around the housing . If coil springs undo the track rods by removing all the pivot bush bolts. Lower the diff housing down and pull out from under the car. Make any changes you have to, to the other diff housing before placing it on the jack and placing it under the car Reassembly is the reverse process of removal.. Bleed rear brakes on completion of the job.

Power steering fluid leaking?

Robert, Use a strong flashlight and check from top and bottom. If you need to jack vehicle to check underneath the engine, please secure it with jack stands (don't rely on the floor jack or your vehicle's tire change jack). If you don't see evidence and have not lost any fluid then there is nothing wrong. Any visible "wetness" is acceptable as long as it is not dripping or running when engine is running. Check all your fluids and make sure it is serviced per manufacture recommendations or your owners manual. Check it again after one month, if the fluid level is fine, then the car is fine. Also place a cardboard on the floor where you park overnight and see if you have any evidence. Sometimes during oil changes, depending of filter location, droplets are common as well as from the oil pan drain plug during removal. As long as it does not elak after installation, you are fine.

2005 chevy duramax 4x4 brake pedal goes all the way to the floor, ABS light on

You need to add BRAKE fluid. After that, blead your brakes. You need to find out where the brake fluid went. If there are no leaks, you need to check the remaining life on all four brake sets. If you have no leaks, chances are pretty good that you need new brakes.

Cavalier master cylinder

You have air in your system, you need a helper to bleed the air out. The master cylinder is what ur brake fluid resivore is sitting on, the large round object behind it is the brake booster (looks like a squished basket ball) these will be on the fire wall driverside

I have replaced the Clutch Slave for a 1990 Supra Turbo, and after the next day all the Fluid leaks out from the resevior.I don know wher the fluid goes. what should I do next? Thank You, Frank

Hey Frank. When one cylinder goes the other usually follows because higher pressure needed to operate a new cylinder, sometimes the fluid leaks down the firewall or down your clutch pedal onto the floor, if its your master cylinder that is.You can get a new one or get your old one rehoned and a stainless steel tube inserted and it will last forever as theyre made of aluminium and wear. Either way you'l need to buy a new kit for the inside of it.Be mindful what you order as some models of cars the abs and non abs cylinders are a very slight different diameter. I hope this helps.
