I would have the starter tested. Could also be a problem with one of the connections.

How to reset a3 light on 06 Honda odyssey?

Reset the Oil Maintenance Light on a 2005-2015 Honda Odyssey:

Turn the ignition to position "On" without starting the engine.
Press the Select/Reset button until it displays the "oil life percentage"
Then, press and hold the knob until the oil life percentage begins to blink.
Release the knob.

You can't . The ignition switch does more than just start the engine. The key code can usually be read from the diagnostic connector.
