The wipers are not fused, they use a built in breaker.

If it makes noise, it's not the fuse. Most likely the discharge nozzles are stopped up. Try blowing compressed air into them from the outside.

take off hose that go to the pump,,blow air in to hose,,to see if they are plugged,,

Upper left side of the steering column is a square box, that looks like a relay.

Not sure as to what you are needing by the way you worded your question. Are you looking for the timing indicator so you are able to time it on the crankshaft mark ? Some models in that year the marks are above or monted on the oil pan (see pictures below) I hope this is what you were needing. take the washer moter for off the washe container and bench test it make sure it work then use a air line and blow out the hose attach to wiper could be the line is block and wont let fluid come thru

Starter motor

It's easy, 2 9/16 bolts, remember to disconnect battery and make a note of the wiring on the starter.
