It cranks and dies . if you pour gas in the throddle body manually it runs . when you stop it dies
Your throttle body is bad u have to change it
Actually i would like to correct you. My brother had a ford mustang that would only run while you poured gas in intake. Come to find out the car was in security mode due to changing ignitions. Shut the whole car down pretty much. Not really sure if could be your problem though because of the year truck. His car was a 2001. Its worth looking into because if your truck is more electric than mechanical and the ignition was tampered with then it could be your issue. Or the ignition malfunctioned and lost its code to code with the engine computer.
Factory Security will most times shut down the fuel pump!! If no security issues then lean towards to fuel pump

Check your transmission. Look underneath the truck and see if you see moisture around the transmission pan. If you see any indication of that, you may have a huge issue on your hands. Your reverse gear is seized to the Drive Gear. However hopefully it's something like needing a new clutch or a clutch adjustment

Do you have power to the injectors? One of the wires to the injector will come on for a couple seconds as soon as you turn the key to the on position. The computer controls the ground side. If you do not get power to one of them start looking for an open circuit. The same power source will also go to your ignition coil and ignition module. If you do not have power on the pink wire to the coil apply a temporary fused battery power source to it and give it a try, this will also power up the injectors.
Check it out and let me know.
