Re: 1994 Chevy beauville why turn signals don't work
Check that all bulbs light up, one could be burnd out, Check fuse, find turn signal fuse location in the owners manual and change it if blown. If all is OK, then probable signal switch in column needs to be replaced but most times its the fuse.

u definately have a nake wire thats causing this scenario. U can start tracing it from your stop-light switch into main power supply loom. Make sure u tape any naked wires and replace broken fuses. Good luck.
you don`t say but do the lights work either on the front/back on both sides.if not then it may be a fuse that needs replacing or need a bulb replacement.if the lights work but don`t flash then it sounds like a signal flasher problem.the flasher is located in the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side.if the hazard flashers work then turn them on to find the hazard flasher by the fuse panel then you will know what the signal flasher looks like and change the signal flasher.make sure you change the one for the signals and not the hazard one.if the hazards work then i would say the signal switch is good as the hazards work through the same switch.
A fuse panel is in the glove compartment; remember that turn signal and hazard signals work with Flashers: the turn signal flasher is mounted in a clip on the right
side of the steering column support bracket. The hazard flasher is
located in the component center, under the instrument panel, on the
right side.
Replace the flasher by unplugging the old one and plugging
in the new one.
educated guess..flasher units (2) one for signals the other for emerg flashers usually located in fuse block under dash drivers side kick panel , glove box area ..or engine compartment near battery
the problen is probably the turn signal switch with a test light check for power at brake switch if no power check for power at turn signal switch the brake lights are incorperated through the turn signal switch
