The first suggestion is that you have drained the battery when working on the lights. First remove the battery and use a good quality charger to fully charge it. **Note* Charge the battery in a well ventilated area and on a hard surface**. Leave it on charge for at least 8 hours.
Refit the battery and try to start the engine. If the problem continues it could be a faulty battery.

Sounds like you got a flat battery or bad earth.
Test your battery and make sure your clamps are tight. If all checks out, inspect your negative terminal that it makes good contact. Inspect the earth strap that’s on your starter motor. Also check the earth straps from engine and gearbox to the body. Make sure they are tight and corrosion free on the contact surface

I've had a similar problem to the above and although I'm not sure what causes the problem, I just depress the brake, put it in neutral and start it right up.

leave the key in the ON switch for 15 min. then try it, hopefully that is the problem
SOURCE: Engine won't start. Dash lights flash rapidly when key turned.
the battery says 12 volts but may be dropping to 4 or 5 under a load...i would suggest jumpstarting the car and see what happens.the battery should read in the high 12 volts and not less than 9.5 under cranking. the dash lights go out on your car when starting, and the alarm will go off ,and disable the ignition if the voltage is too low in cranking the car because the computer will shut it down and activate the anti theft.....check your battery posts are tight. best of luck
