A multi misfire may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Faulty spark plug or wires, Faulty coil (pack), Faulty oxygen sensor(s), Faulty fuel injector(s), Stuck/blocked EGR valve / passages, Faulty camshaft position sensor, Defective computer.
The engine is stumbling or hesitating, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would suggest spark plugs, spark plug wire, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable). Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the the problems were faulty fuel injectors.
Random misfires that jump around from one cylinder to another (read: P030x codes) also will set a P0300 code. The underlying cause is often a lean fuel condition, which may be due to a vacuum leak in the intake manifold or unmetered air getting past the airflow sensor, or an EGR valve that is stuck open.
Good luck and hope this information helps, keep me posted, be glad to help you get the truck running 100% again. Not sure if your running a K&N air filter, and if you are there may be a flim of oil on the MAF sensor that is making you run lean. You may want to spray down the MAF sensor with a can of MAF cleaner.

use carb cleaner spray on the inside of the throttle body.
use super unlead only to prevent buidup.
cold engine only.
hope this helps
thank you

Start the car in a DARK place and open the hood. Look for sparks jumping from the plug wires. If you see ANY sparking, replace the WIRES.Have it put on a code checker.
Don't bother going to web sites where you have to sign up for offers or buy anything,
SOURCE: ruff idle on my 2001 for taurus. At higher rpms it runs fine.
It is most likely you wheel alignment (costs about 20 bucks to have your wheels aligned) or try checking the tire Pressure to make sure they're all even maybe hope this helps

hi the problem could be with the leads going to the spark plugs, it could also be spark plug faults, so as you have changed the coil it may be worth getting a set of plugs and leads and replace them to rule out any of them being at fault, then the next thing to do would be to go out and buy a decent fuel line cleaner.
Make sure you buy correct type ie petrol or diesel then follow instructions on back of bottle, how ever it will say pour this into a full tank of fuel, now dont do this pour it into half a tank of fuel this will make it work a lot quicker and you will then get better results.
once you have poured it into the tank do the following.
1, drive steady for 15 to 20 min
2 then drive a bit harder such as pulling away faster and taking the revs up higher
3 then drive normal for the last 15 min doing this will ensure all fuel lines are clean and also injectors are cleaned, this will also remove any carbon build up on the valves so using this alone could solve your problem.
it just sounds like you need a good service so have a look at plugs and leads then try the fuel cleaner, you can buy the fuel cleaner from most filling stations and car spares shops a good brand to buy is called Red X
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
