SOURCE: can i swap a 3.1 96 century, for a 3.1 96 grand prix?
Everything should go easy as a swap, the only thing your going to have to do is change the Oil and temperature sensors. Always good to have new sensors installed just to make life easy. The other thing to is to pay attention to the accessory unit's like the power steering pump and alternator, but i think there all about the same. Good luck and hope this helps, keep me posted. be glad to help

its really a common sense thing, im not trying to be nasty or rude, you will need to remove the panel, it actually has a screw that hold the handle together to the frame, on top of that you might consider grabing one fo things that look like a fork that will help you in removing the plastic type screws that hold your panel to the frame. Then just switch and remove.
