They are called park lamps on my 2012 and it's fuse #22 on inside passenger side. It calls for a 15 amp fuse. Hope this helps.
Hopefully the diagram is large enough to read? You can see fuse at the top. You can see park lamp relay, not serviceable. At the front or rear, you can call them all, park lamps. The headlamp switch is involved, it signals the smart junction box, the smart junction box grounds the control side of that relay. At the rear lamps, violet wire with white tracer is voltage, top wire in diagram. The bottom wire at the lamps, primarily black, is ground. Use a test light, you need voltage and ground.
Have you checked your brake switch????

SOURCE: tail lights and dash lights keep blowing fuse when you start it
you have a short somewhere, unplug the tail lamps one at a time and see if the fuse still blows. if you disconnect one and the fuse does not blow and everything else works, the problem is in the tail light assembly. if not, the short is most likely in the wiring harness which can be a bit tricky to diagnose. alldata.com/diy offers one year subscriptions to cars with all the repair info and they have excellent wiring schematics. dont forget to try the front marker lamps in addition to the tail lamps.

check for a shorted to ground positive wire repair as nesseacry

You are right you do have a short, but it's easy to fix at the same time it is expensive. In your trunk area you will find a bulb out relay it can be either in the right corner or left corner panel in the trunk area,if not there if may be under the rear deck of the trunk(under the rear window inside the trunk) It might be yellow brown or green. One fron the junk yard will work just as good as a new one.If you are skillful you can open it and solder the burned circuit, but you have to know what you are doing. You also neet to find out if you had a bad bulb that shorted so you can rest knowing that what caused it to burn out in the frist place is fixed.

there is a relay for those as well in the fuse box test the fuses for those tail lights and if they dont have power then its the relay.

two fuses one for each side if fronts work fuses ok ,check bulbs again across a battery ,and make sure the bulbs are the correct fittings ,ie-single pole or double pole
