You will need to disassemble the player to remove the CD. Once the CD is removed it may fix your problem. If you open up the unit just make sure you disconnect it from the power supply first.
If it does not fix the problem of CDs getting stuck, you will be up for a new player as it will not be worth the cost of repairing it even assuming the parts needed are even available.
Is there something inside the Player preventing it from not "Ejecting"?
If there was a Mechanical Failure inside the CD Player then you are going to have to remove the Player, and mechanically disassemble the Player to (1) Remove the CD, (2) Repair the Player for future use...
bad player. or cd stuck inside, read CD player manual for how to service said player. many players have a method to eject , with no power applied. or on some, take total dismantle. RTM
You will need to have the radio reset or checked out at the dealer.Ther could be a cd stuck in it.Or the radio/CD player may have be on when the battery power got to low.
can you remove the CD by opening up the face cover and using a pen or pencil push in on the release hole most are equipped with this feature if not maby tweezers and grab a hold of the edge of the CD itself and help it out while in eject mode
