You have to change your ac module control..
a little box behind your radio..
big chance you have some coins in the box I mentioned..it shorted out your system..
look up ac module on you tube.

these are codes for the anti theft system.did you use a key to start it other than one you usually use?if im not mistaken p1610 is a difference of key/unregistered key and 1614 means system entered lockout mode because of key.please let me know how you make out.

2000 Nissan maxima cranks but won't start after repair work done on engine by changing piston rings

heavy engine work goes like this. NO ENGINE TOLD or VIN.
after assembled. we

crank it after fuel pump fuse /relay pulled.
and measure oil pressure. first, if fail stop fix
then check for top end oiling. if not stop. fix.
then compression tests. all cylinders above 150psi and near equal.
fuse back (pump) crank
it if fail test spark. on all spark plugs
if fail see if IMMO dash light failng, if is spark will never happed,. nor fuel
ok spark is good
next is spray test fuel , ok runs for second stalls.
now engine starts. (if luckly there are other show stoppers (cats melted, EGR stuck open etc.,
if dead still add 5% throttle cranked, this hides dead IAC valve. (stuck closed)
to clear flooding crank 100 % WOT throttle .

2007 Nissan Maxima have two keys no fobs, won't start, no fire, have codes P1610, and P1614

It means that unregistered key used 5 times, BCM or ECM is malfunctioning

To resolve the issue, you can contact the dealer and re-register all chip keys

P1610 and P1614 Keys won't turn for Lock Position on Ignition Lock Cylinder

Not sure what the problem here is.
The codes are for the security system - - the key is not sending a signal or the right signal for the car to start.
Could be a problem with the lock cylinder which may have a sensor for the key inside it.
