What is the security code for Ford 6006e stereo? Serial number MO11949 I've salvaged it from a wreck. Your help will be greatly appreciated

Try your dealer, or search here for similar issues. not long ago there was a web site that had "radio security codes"
no help, go to your ford dealer, they will look it up based on vehicle vin number if stereo was a factory install.

Type in the 6 digit serial number then press button 5 on radio 'calculate code' to close the program press the volume button 'close program' to clear the serial press the seek button

The security code should be on a card or something with the car's manual. If not maybe a dealer can get you the code, not sure if Ford has that ability, some makers do.

We do not have access to radio security codes. Sorry.

The S/No is you serial number it is asking for. Try putting the S/N in the internet and see if that radio comes up with solutions. Otherwise take it to a dealer. For that I think they would have an answer for you as to how to fix it free of charge.

Your going to need to contact Ford, Just the serial number will not do. These codes you cannot get online, you need to get it from the data base at the ford dealer.


Just thought I would give you some insight before wasting you time and money on something that will not work.

Radio code is specific for each and every car. It is specific like anti theft code.

So you can get it by providing your VIN# and registration details in authorised dealership.Nobody else can provide you. If anybody can provide you that , then there is no meaning of security for your car..

Look, what is the serial number? what is the car model? search it in google and you'll find, type: "answer (your car model or serial number) radio code" in the search adress
