I have a 2004 Suburban and the air bag light came on. It was one of the sensors located on the inside of the front bumper. They were cheap enough, I replaced both. Take the big plastic undercover off, and look on the inside of the front bumper, on the bottom, you will find them. A 10mm socket on a 1/4 drive reached them easily. Un hook the electrical connection, unbolt, and bolt on the new ones. Then reattach the electrical clip. Here is a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UlcHQ-jmm0E

doubt very seriously that it is a fuse problem.....does the horn blow steady as you turn the wheel.... they have a problem with the the rotary contact assy. being intyermittent... sometimes the horn has drop outs when turning wheel... also the air bag diagnostic module looses contact with the driver airbag... causing light to turn on..need to scan before you put much money in.. but fuse not the problem

One thing you can check, and that is to look under the driver and passenger front seats, there should be a few wires and connections, check that these connections are good, sometimes things like bottles etc that have been put on the floor can roll under the seat and disturb the connections or passengers in the rear can accidently kick the installation.

first see if you can reach behind the whole light and get to the connector, daytime running light is more towards the centre of the truck. if you can reach it, just turn it and pull the bulb out. if not then its either going to be bolts or long rods holding the light in place, remove those and then turn the connectors to expose the bulbs
