Testimonial: "All of my blowers and switches work. The A/C doesn't get cold but does get cool since I changed the cabin filter behind the glove box. I wanted to change the A/C relay switch to see if that was the issue, but I can't find it. I don't have any switches like the ones in the video under the hood. I did find a fuse box and switches under the dash but they are not labeled as the video ones are - and the diagram in my manual is hard to read. If I knew where it was, I could replace it."
SOURCE: 2001 honda accord, air conditioner is not working,
one fan is for the a/c it will cycle on when the a/c is turned on the other fan should be linked to the temperature sensor. check your fuses if you haven't already. then check your temp sensor. i'm not sure on a honda but most newer cars have multiple sensors so you will have to find out which on is for the fan. also you need to find out if the fan is controled by a pcm as some new model cars have almost everything controled through the powertrain control module
SOURCE: relay switch
ac relay is under hood in relay box on pass side.you could have hi press switch concern

you have a bad blower resister /relay and it is located under the passenger side of the dash under the glove box!
SOURCE: the front heater/air conditioner blower stopped
First check the voltage at the front blower moter. If it has voltage then it may just need a new motor.
SOURCE: 2007 Elantra air conditioner problems, where is the relay switch located
Why do you think the relay is the problem?? The most common issue if the compressor is not engaging is low system, charge due to a leak.

Also does your fan come on when you turn on A/C. It should. If not you have a fan problem.
the fan works on all speeds - I don't think the clutch for the compressor is activating
and I just noticed the light on the AC switch doesn't come on when depressed
