SOURCE: I own a 2004 ford freestar, where is the fuse

The speed control system operates via the Smart Junction Box with various sensors over the SCP communications network.

The servo switch circuit is overload protected, but there does not appear to be a specific Cruise Control Fuse

SOURCE: which is the fuse in

You didn't mention which fuse you were looking for. There are 3 panels in your vehicle that have fuses. I went on and gave you diagrams and the descriptions for all 3. These were the biggest I was able to post and hope you are able to see. If you want an owners manual for your vehicle which has all this information in it, email me at [email protected] with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. No worries, there is no cost for it. I hope this helps and good luck.

Where is the accessory power relay located on a 2005 Ford Freestar 3.9 liter SE. (NOT the accessory delay relays, found those) I can't find it on any fuse box or other diagrams.

There isn't one. A relay is an electronic switch that uses a low amperage or low voltage current to operate contacts to a larger amperage cable. your accessory socket is just a direct cable to a 12 volt power source. The usually have a fuse inline to the cable or sometimes in the fuse box. You should be running anything higher than a couple of amps.

What is a car relay? In the most simple terms an automotive relay is an electronically operated switch. The type most commonly used in the automotive industry is an electro-mechanically operated switch. They are found in all types of vehicles - cars, trucks, vans, trailers and boats.

I have a 2005 Ford Freestar SE Minivan and cannot get high beam headlights to work. Have replaced bulbs, fuses are intact. When I switch to highbeams, the headlights go out completely. Low beams work...

AT FUSE TERMINAL #45 TO THE RIGHT OF THE HIGH BEAM RELAY AS YOU ARE LOOKING INTO THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. THERE IS A 15 AMP FUSE, PULL IT AND SEE IF IT IS BAD. IF IT IS REPLACE IT. THIS IS THE FUSE FOR THE HIGH BEAM RELAY.
