Provided that you did connect the battery.
Re-check your work. Ensure you have everything plugged in. Ensure you didn't accidentally knock out any connectors, plugs, or the like, and ensure no ground wires were damaged or disconnected.

did you check the fluid level by removing the rad. cap? Radiator should be full to top. If Chryslers are low on coolant, the heater will not blow warm air.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, I BROKE A TIMING BELT. HAD TO REPLACE THE ENGINE.

Place a block of wood under the engine sump to prevent damage when you jack up the engine to take the tension off the mount. Make sure you do not jack the engine up too much as you might damage the exhaust,cooling hoses etc.

Remove battery and battery support you'll be able to undo starter bolt's trough there and slip starter out.
