Switch on the car and AC. Check the power at the compressor. If the compressor has power at the clutch and it's not coming on, the the clutch is bad. If not, the your problem could lie in the wiring, Relay, fuse, switch, or sensor.
Start with the fuses. If the fuses are fine, you should have power to the Relay. Ensure the Relay is getting the signal when you turn on the AC. If you are getting power and the Relay is engaging, then the problem lies in the wiring between the Relay and the compressor. If not then the problem lies before at the switch or under the dash. Check accordingly.
I'd check the A/C Fuse & Relay- Check your owners manual as it may not have a fuse, but it'll tell you. It could be the switch inside of the car not working properly when you turn the A/C on, but if not It's likely the A/C clutch itself, you'll need a new one or a new conpressor assembly if so.
Thanks & have a great day!

Further clarification on the O2 sensor location: It is in the exhaust pipe, under the center of the car, on top of the pipe, just aft of the oil filter.

Difficult to describe, but I will give it a try.
Inside the driver's side fender, close to the front of the car, there is a bracket that is held in place by one bolt, but which has a short horizontal bar as part of it which has two large clips encircling two cylinderical devices which have wires clipped into them at the bottoms. The one closest to the front (radiator) is the compressor clutch relay. The other one is the condenser fan relay.
Hope this helps you find it.

the blower motor is located behind and under the glove box. its held to the blower housing by three screws. remove the three screws and the motor will slide down and towards you. to test the motor. apply power to the yelllow/black wire and ground to the blue/red wire. the motor should run. if not you prob have a faulty power resistor.
