never seen anything like it ,BLOCKED you sure ??sounds like the flexible pipes have collapsed inside this can happen where their is no annual mechanical inspection of a vehcle over 2/3 years of age as in america only a emmisions test as far as i know ,replace the flexis and see if you can then bleed the brakes ok -----bet you --- it works

Hi, open hood and remove plastic from the right hand side attached to air filter box
You will find the Power Steering tank. Open Power steering Tank cap and start sucking out fluid.
