Be certain that the main ground which runs from the engine to the body(usually the firewall) is hooked up as it should be and check your connections at the starter, be sure no related fuses or relays are bad for the starter. It's sonething simple and you'll figure it out, like you said no issues before so there's just something simple to tend to now. Best of Luck!

Yes, It's under the intake manifold. The manifold would need to be removed
Lower hose from radiator is attached to steel pipe leading to it.
It will not be an easy mission,and the new thermostat is rated for I believe 170 degrees.
That's not much help to keep the interior warm with a rag top when it's 20 below zero.
You can boost the heating level by adding vinyl cover over the front portion of grill.
Any boat interior shop has the material.
Modify any large air leaks.
Use the fan to keep fresh air filling vehicle, not recirculate.

Hi what your going to have to do is. unhook your slave cly and take a pry bar and pry the fork bar towards the front of the car you will hear a click. that means you have poped the throw out bearing into the plate. You did nothing wrong they just have to be popped in.

If you drive it easy and don't take off lie a rabbit and drive like grandma it would be possible to miss clutch wearing out. As far as gearbox damage is concerned it depends on how long you let it go before fixing. If you have to shove it into gear you can damage syncros and bend shift forks. And if it goes long enough that would ruin the gears and bearings with enough metal in the oil that could wear shaft and bearings. You will get clutch chatter and your performance will be poor mileage will drop. And the clutch chatter can cause the flywheel to be damaged and need to be surfaced, it could burn up the slave cylinder, so it is not wise to let it go, as it will cost more money.
