USA car one fuse box is just to the left of steering column at toes
has huge black cover over it ,day1 new car. that simply pulls off and the fuse panels is there.

"The underhood fuse box is located in the engine compartment next to the battery." That's what it says in my Honda Civic manual, it should be next to the battery if you have a stock 1.6L 4-Cylinder engine that Honda made, mine's a D16Z6 engine. If you find it just pull the tab up.

the fuse box should be located near or behind the emergency brake, the panel should have one screw

Here is a link to your fuse panel. The fuel pump is controlled by the ECM through the fuel pump relay which is located on the firewall by the brake booster.

there are 2 fuse boxes. 1 is under the hood by the battery, black box. The 2nd is under the steering wheel just above your brake and gas pedals, black box also.
