Location of fuse box for windows on 1993 Mitsubishi diamonte?

you have to test them with a pressure gauge which is normally on the fuel rail on the engine. You can often hire the gauges from AutoZone. As regards to 'not working', you should be able to hear the pump when the ignition of switched off. Check the fuse and the relay if you suspect sabotage.

If other windows are working then its not the fuse. Either bad master switch or wire break or motor.

check for a short in the bulb holder and that you have the correct bulb in the holder.

Couple of places to look, under the dash on both sides or under the hood on both sides.

We have no such diagrams as they are part of the factory service manual. You can buy access to the manulas for the car here.

try ajusting the idle cable under the bonet by loosening the 2 nuts and tighten them when the engine is idling at the right rpms which is around between 8 & 10 when engine is hot

Check Fuse Junction Box under dash or fuse box inside engine bay, I have the service manual in pdf if you like.
