Does anyone have an issue with the accelerator sticking on a 2012 ram 1500

There is no specific fuse for the tail lights. It is likely to be the bulb or its connections / grounds. Diagnosing in this link.

I have a 2012 ram 1500 with the exact same noise, and i am also a chrysler tech and there is nothing in chryslers data base for that concern and i have been trying to find it on my for a couple days now

This truck has a park lock, this locks out the shifter unless the brake light is pressed, the electric solenoid that disengages the lock pin is powered by the brake light circuit, so the 1st thing you do is make sure the brake light work, if they do you have much more serious issue like a sticking release cable from the park lock solenoid.

run the fault codes
the rpms change indicates a ratio change up then back down indicating a TR or VSS problem

How many miles on that rig? The 4.7 motor is a great motor.

Sounds like a fuel starvation issue. Might also be a trans issue. Does the trans seem to be shifting properly?? Could it be starting in 2nd gear which is the "limp mode" for Chrysler trannies?

The acceleration may be an issue with the clutch or with engine.  If it is a manual tranny, you may have a worn out clutch.  For automatic, you may need to have the solenoid cleaned or have the tranny serviced
Other issue could be on the engine, check first the fuel filter especially if you encounter loss of power when running.  

Take off the throttle body (very easy to do) and use carb cleaner to clean off the gunk. You have to clean both sides of the butterfly.
