Hi Ahmed, If the vehicle is fitted with a carburetor and a low pressure fuel pump, you can have a universal electric pump fitted and fit it into the fuel line between the tank and the existing pump, (left in place). If the diaphragm of the existing pump is damaged and allowing fuel leakage into the sump, remove the mechanical pump and have a plate made to cover the opening, make a gasket and fit the plate in place of the mechanical pump. If the vehicle has fuel injection, a Toyota hi pressure delivery fuel pump can easily be fitted into the fuel tank in place of the original. Regards John

Fuel filter is located in the fuel tank with sending unit. The fuel tank is near the gear lever stick.

Mounted in the left-hand rear comer of the engine compartment,

the power distribution box contains 46 (uses and 15 relay
positions. For the rest, the actuall relay location in the box, email me and I will send you the BMW shop manual ( actuall BMW and not aftermarket ) which will have a diagram of the fuel pump relay location. my car is Honda City 2005, EPS light get on and steering get hard like truk, I have visited Honda Service Center where they set the software by using their computer. after 2 or 3 weeks it again occure and same parctice is done at service center. Is there any permenent solution for this EPS problem

the float sensor attahced to your fuel pump sounds as though it is not working properly. Usually this occurs when the car rides on E many times and becomes damaged. depending on the model it may be necessary to replaced the sensor assembly or if it is the complete unit the whole fuel pump.

Also, depending on your driving habits your car can use more gas if your are driving in traffic (stop and go). Average out your fuel mileage by filling up a few times and keeping a log of the gas consumed. Do this by reseting the trip meter when you fill up and when you fill up again divide the total mileage on your trip meter by the amount of gas you used by getting the amount of gallons it took to fill up again. ex. 360miles divided by 10gals = 36 miles per gallon.

note. make sure you check your air filter (is it clean?) and tire pressure (32psi) these can be contributing factors to poor gas mileage

replace fuel filter first have fuel pressure check .it could be fuel pump or relay.

Well first of all it sound like your fuel pump is dead, To get to your fuel pump you need to take out the back seat out because it is located under it in the middle. Or you can drop the gas tank to get to the fuel pump. And the relay switch should be in your fuse box Now if memory serves me correctly you should have 2 fues boxes in that model. Check the engine area for that relay for the fuel pump.
