Ford e 150 econoline van heater/blower not working

the fuse box is under the hood... drivers side i think.

Are plugs and wires good? Did you check distributor? Firing order correct-timing set right? Maybe some of the new parts are faulty? Are grounds all secure and are fuses good?

The freeze plugs can be fixed with the engine in the veicle. There are some rubber plugs available that have a bolt thru the middle. Pry out failed plug, push in rubber replacement, tighten bolt to expand rubber. Fixed.
