Check for vacuum leaks with a can of carb cleaner-engine running-spray all around intake and vacuum hoses -if you here the engine bog down or race up there is the leak-too spray around EGR valve.

When we by pass the relay the car runs but not through the relay. 1993 suzuki sidekick. There is some electrical problem some where?

Yes. Also have them check the wiring that goes to the fuse box, right at the connections. I had that problem with my first Samurai.

No rear seat belts in 1993 Samurai- can I fit them?

On my Samurai the rear seat belt retractors bolt to the floor behind the seat almost against the tailgate . The other end is attached to the rear seat in the middle ( 2 passengers in back only ) . As if there was enough room for more ! You could probably find some seatbelts in a junk yard on a wrecked Samurai. Or maybe online .
