There was a recall on a vacuum line behind the engine 5.4 3v that would come loose. If the fuel pressure is within spec the lean codes are more than likely stemmimg from a vacuum leak. The 4.2 engines had issues with the o-RING's swelling on the intake causing leaks, since the lean condition. There is a way to check for a vacuum leak if you have a scan tool LMK
Codes indicate; Both sides of the Engine are running lean. Your fuel pressure reading indicates; Fuel pressure is way too low should be about 48 pounds Min to Run correctly!
Check voltages for 13.8-14.5 Volts at the battery while running and about 12 volts+ at the Fuel Pump Fuse, Check for fuel line leaks starting from fuel tank (Most likely won't find any), Next should Replace the fuel filter in this case regardless of what you find (Check for leaks before and after replacement), Next Replace the fuel regulator (Check for Fuel and Vacuum leaks) and finally Replace fuel pump.
However, other opinion are as follows;
What causes the P2197 code?
O2 sensors create a rapidly oscillating voltage signal based on the amount of oxygen in the exhaust stream. The voltage signal ranges from 0.1 volts to 0.9 volts. This oscillating voltage takes place in a matter of milliseconds and should never maintain a constant voltage. This code states that the voltage is not oscillating and is being held high indicating a lean condition in bank 2.

SOURCE: car dies when stopping or slowing down, hesitates on acceleration
check for a vacuum leak,you could possibly hear a whistle under the hood,or you can spray starter fluid near the intake manifold where the suspect leak could be and if the engine accelerates it has an vacuum leak,try the simple things first,can also be a clogged PCV valve,it is in the valve cover somewhere and it will have a rather large rubber hose going to the intake manifold

I had the same thing it was a bad ground under the fuse box and a mix of bad wires and disturber.
SOURCE: 2000 Boniville bucks like a horse and trys to stall
that could be it. but it could be the timing too i think.. if you run the car and its hot when it starts to buck and stalls.. the rubber belt could be getting warm and expandig and causing it to slip out of timming just a hair.. then you let it set and cool down the belt then re-cools and runs fine. that or it could be just simple needing new wires and plugs. if they are mis firing and then the plug misfires completely it will cause the car to buck and stall out.. i personally would check wires and plugs then the distributor block make sure there are no mis firing there also.
SOURCE: runs rich on bank one and lean on bank 2
have it checked for compresion you may have a head gasket problem are any of the plugs green on the tip

You may have a faulty crank sensor again. Next time it cuts off hot, spray or pour water on it and then try to see if it will crank. These cars had a cutting off problem with ecm #1228253 but most of them would start right back up. If it has that number on it replace it.with #16198264 or newer number. Get a delco and not an aftermarket ecm..
