Where is the TIPM on a 1995 Grand Cherokee. Assuming this is the problem. when the battery is hooked up literally every light, including the radio display flashes like crazy,

Totally Integrated Power Module. It’s a fuse box with a computer inside it. If you replace yours, it must be programmed for it to work. Usually a dealer or a high end shop will have to program it.

most starters to remove
disconnect battery ,make sure you have radio codes in case you need them
disconnect wiring to starter and write down what way wires go back
bolts 2 or 3 on most starters remove bolts mark position of starter for going back refit your new one or get old one reconditioned
i am assuming you have never done it before
assembly reversal of removal

if u have a factory amp u need to hook it to the remote wire or power antt

the problem is you dont have the battery wire on the radio hooked up to a 12v constant. it sounds like you have to take the battery wire of the radio and hook it up to a wire that stays 12v all the time even when the car is off.

could be engine mounts have to replace mine engine almost jumps outta the compartment
