It is possible that it is a fuse.
Check the general locations, which include (but are not limited to):
Driver side lower dash where the door touches
Passenger-side below the glovebox along the wall(s)]\
Glove Box
Under the hood:
Along the passenger or driver fender
Against the firewall or windshield cowl
Directly in-front of the engine on the radiator brace
Look for an access panel, or simply just an outline against a plastic wall, for interior.
Exterior will appear as a plastic box, rectangle, or "L" shape with click-tabs along the side (or latch type clasp)

Try replacing light bulbs and flasher which may correct the turn signals. Check all fuses, however as for the speedometer, the plastic clogs or wheels have run their course, If you intend to replace these, suggest you purchase a repair manual for your vehicle.

You need to check your main fuses under the hood first and then check them under the driver side dash board.
