SOURCE: Have 98 Plymouth Voyager, speedometer,gas guage,temp.,

It is possible that it is a fuse.

Check the general locations, which include (but are not limited to):
Driver side lower dash where the door touches
Passenger-side below the glovebox along the wall(s)]\
Glove Box
Under the hood:
Along the passenger or driver fender
Against the firewall or windshield cowl
Directly in-front of the engine on the radiator brace

Look for an access panel, or simply just an outline against a plastic wall, for interior.

Exterior will appear as a plastic box, rectangle, or "L" shape with click-tabs along the side (or latch type clasp)

Hopefully this information has helped.

Try replacing light bulbs and flasher which may correct the turn signals. Check all fuses, however as for the speedometer, the plastic clogs or wheels have run their course, If you intend to replace these, suggest you purchase a repair manual for your vehicle.

SOURCE: dash board gauges not working on voyager 2000

You need to check your main fuses under the hood first and then check them under the driver side dash board.

It sounds like the connection to the cluster is not making good contact.

Dash lights, speedometer, gas guage, and tachometer doesn't work

When numerous items such as those you mentioned malfunction at the same time, either the instrument cluster relay needs to be replaced or the the instrument cluster connector has come loose.

I have no read out on odometer or transmission indicator, no dash lights , no guage or speedometer or rpm readings on the 200 chrysler voyager

check your fuse box for blown fuses, if thats not the problem....you have electrical issues with your whole dashboard---the dealer has to check that in detail.

No lights, no dashlights, windshield wipers, speedometer, milage, gas guage, temp, no running lights, took to electrician said it was the computers program, asked dealer said program is impossible to loose,...

I've dealt with this plenty. It's the speedo head cluster. Bang on the top of the dash just above the steering wheel. Hard, but not hard enough to break anything. If it comes back on. Then you'll have to remove the speedo cluster and either spot solder the connections that are cracked, or replace it.
