Fuse 19 is for the Hazards and fuse 14 is for the signals, check fuse #14, this is in the fuse block inside the vehicle in the lower dash pane. When you are looking directly at the fuse panel fuse #14 is on the right, third one up from the bottom. If the fuse is okay the Body Control Module might need to be replaced.

jorgeva: on the driver's side to gain access, you must remove the air cleaner assembly. At that point, you can see the back of the light which has a plastic cap. Rotate this "counter clockwise" and you can pull it back from the back of the lamp housing. From there you will see how the bulb it self is plugged in, which is obvious. Unplug it. There is a "spring "like latch retainer to hold the bulb in place. Unlatch it, remove the bulb and install the new bulb.
CAUTION!!!!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS AREA OF THE NEW BULB! Only handle the rear section. Reassemble in the reverse order.
The right side will require the removal of the windshield washer tank.
I trust this will have answered your question. If you would, let me or FIXYA know if I have solved your problem......
