Being as it is a data wire you cant bypass it. Te ecu will be getting wrong info and bring up all sorts of errors and codes!!

Testimonial: "Thanks for answer, maybe I have not expressed myself very well, the intention is to bridge the break in the cable, something my mechanic has done on Land Rovers many times, he just needs to know which ecu pins the crank sensor uses."

SOURCE: hyundai tucson 2 liter crdi gear box sound its a

Hi there, the Common Rail Diesel Inyection (CRDI) 2000 cc 112 Hp M/T have a big trouble on cluth plate, and sounds very loud between 1500 and 2000 rpm on 2,3,4 shift. That motor has too much torque and cause excesive wear in the cluth roll and plate so starts roominess in the cluth system. You could change those parts but quickly the sounds come again. Hyundai is the resposable of that damage. I hope in the near future recall the CRDI model 112 Hp and replace the cluth.

How do I fix the front brake line on a Hyundai Tucson 2006

Probably best to buy the exact replacement line first...break fittings loose first spray with PB Blaster, If corroded, you may need to use vise-grips on both nuts...you MUST bleed your brake system completely after changing any lines or connections. Hope this helps.

Hyundai tucson crdi

You might have an air lock in the fuel system. The lines from the injector pump possibly need broken loose at the injectors and cycle the fuel pump several times until nothing but pressurized fuel comes out.

How many volts to a speeed sensor

what country?????????????????????????
why does WIKI say Tucson started in 2004????????????? above
your post shows 2002, why?
what size Diesel there are 2. 1.7L and 2.0L.
in 2009 2 more diesels , amazing huh, with no year or engine stated.
what exact engine, need exact. year, 04? and what engine diesel.
The reason is , the EFI injector systems and sensor very on all engines.. and for sure on diesels.and for sure for EUROPE.

took out PCM. ah its a swap.
ok which speed sensor, there are up to 4 or more on cars now.
2 in the A/T is yours A/T or M/T , car has BOTH OPTIONS>
2 in the engine. (crank /cam)
I cant guess this. who can, nobody, right?
but i can tell you there are 2 types.
MAG ( 2wire)
HALL. 3 or 4 wires.

2 wire needs scope to see the vary fast 1volt pulses.
Hall sensors usually have.:
pin 1 (random guess #) 5v
pin 2 output
pin 3 ground, some have 2 ground.

There may be some sensor that have 12v pins.
but id need to know EXACTLY what engine, EFI and country.
ive ask like 100s of time on this forum and not ever one answer.
ah ,its an engine swap.why not say
removed my gas engine and put in a diesel.
are both engines USA engines? what?

you do know gas sensors and EFI are totally different right.?
is this your new engine
2.0L CRDI I4 diesel

state side our cars are all OBD2 and all will tell you (SCANNED)
and cranked, which sensor fails. ever scan a car ?????
it will throw a DTC code after any 5 second cranking,
release key,not off and LOOK there, see those codes, BAM !

look here , see them all
see what you car might have and the donor, car,
the donor car was UNSTATED TOO.

Where can i get a maintenance schedule for a Hyundai Tucson CRDI Thank you

The maintenance schedule is in the back of your owners manual. You can also download a copy in pdf format from Hyundai. Your local dealer will be happy to print you a copy of each service as well, that has the parts required together with current prices and all labour charges. Hope that helps Mike
