SOURCE: My 2003 Honda CRV ...drivers side door does not

you may need to replace the door locking actuator, they do tend to go bad over times. does the driver side door lock automatic when using the lock button on the driver side. if you can lock and unlock the driver side door with a switch, my guess would not be the locking actuator, it might be in the remote locking module.

Testimonial: "Thanks for the help. everything relates back to the actuator.."

put your key in the ignition, then remote start it, if it starts, you need to either move the transponder loop of key or reprogram the transponder or take it to a remote starter shop

My key fob wont unlock my doors on my honda crv and it has new batteries.

Might be it has stopped working or perhaps it has lost it's memory and needs recoding. Sometimes this is a dealer job and sometimes if the right procedure is followed the car can self code a key or fob. I suggest you read the vehicle handbook for a start.

How can I get a quick replacement key for my Honda CR-V. I have a 2006 Honda CRV, the key & FOB are separated. I need to repair or replace. I live in Philippines

You need to go to a Honda dealer for this as the new key has to be programmed to the car and you will not be able to do this yourself even if you buy a new original equipment key from another source.

Replaced battery in crv and now headlights don't work

Check the low beam fuse in the fuse box, usually a 20A. If the fuse is blown/shorted during the replacement of the battery, your lights won't work. Replace the fuse if that's your case. Hope this helps.
