Maybe the coil pack module that the coil packs sit on is bad if it's like a GM.
Changing the coil packs alone won't always solve the problem.

SOURCE: need to replace washer motor
Washer is located in possibly 2 different locations either on drivers side mounted on inner fender or mounted on fire wall.
