The 2 vents on the drivers side have warm air blowing out. ... But a system that is 1/2 pound low will cause the passenger side vents to blow cool or cold air, and the drivers side to be less cool or even warm on this car. If you have dual air control, then the motor for the passenger side needs replaced, most common fail for all makes and models. Usually you can access it by removing the glove box.

dodge has dual blend door actuators on the air box. you have to pull the dash board assembly out to access the passenger side door actuator. it calls for 5.8 hours to do this job. you also have to evacuate and recharge the ac system.
sounds like one of the mixing doors on the drivers side is stuck on the heater side. or the vacuum hose on the mixing door is off of not creating enough vacuum because of a crack in it or possibly coming off
Try changing the lower temp sensor in the air duct on the drivers side. I bought one and never replaced it. before the part arrived I took the lower sensor out and taped it up and put it back under the dash... not in the air duct housing were it belongs. believe it or not it works so well I did not even see a need to change the thing.
