No horn relay click
Look for fuse panels for aux or radio on the fuse panel. Sometimes the fuses are combined to one

hi
Check whether power is coming to horn.
if ok means then check the horn
thank you
SOURCE: horn on 01 silverado just stopped working
if the relay is clicking then it seems like it should blow. those trucks have a fuse box on inside of drivers door and under hood too. I would get a test light and go across both sides of the fuses and check to make sure none are blown. should be labeled horn. I think there are actually two horns one makes one note and one makes another so it is just about impossible for both to go out at the same time. try wiggling connection at horns themselves and see if it does anything. hope it helped.
SOURCE: horn does not work
check B+ in the horn pin and check the ground on the horn if there is B+ and B- just change the horn if there is no B+ on the horn conector replace the relay .
B+ = battrey power
B- = battrey ground

replace the horn.thesecurity system should have a seperate horn to the normal "tooting" horn.
SOURCE: horn stopped working, fuse and relay is good
With test light check voltage at horn assembly on both wire's, could only have one, horn assembly itself could be ground, have some one press horn button while checking, if there is voltage replace horn assembly, if no voltage horn pad at streeing wheel bad. that's being fuse and replay are good.
