Well, you win for oddities of the day. Where specifically are you seeing fluid?

SOURCE: Suddenly leaking power steering fluid, reservoir empty

The best bet is its trans oil. The gearbox has crushable washers/gaskets, the bolts may just need to be tightened slightly to crush the gasket and seal.

SOURCE: Where do I add power steering fluid?

The power steering pump is in the front of the engine. You will see the serpentine belt on the pulley and it will look something like htis picture. The pump has a resevoir with a cap on top which is removable and has a dipstick built in to tell you how low you are on fluid.

SOURCE: Power steering fluid is leaking and makes really w...

Issue is not likely to be the power steering pump. The sounds are made when there is low fluid in the pump/system. Cheapest check is to make sure that the feed and return lines at the pinion housing are firmly attached. You could also have a leaking seals in the rack and pinion assembly. If you see bubbles in the power steering fluid and there is pressure in the power steering system, this is a strong indicator that the issue is seals and not the pump itself. In Regina, Canada, Canadian Tire charges $45 for an inspection. To replace the power steering pump is about $300, and just the hoses is about $145. Obviously the $45 inspection is your best bet.

This sounds like the hydroboost unit is leaking.behind the master cylinderThe braking system on this using the power steering pump to provide power assisted brakes instead of a brake booster. The hydroboost unit most likely needs replaced.

I have a buick century 3.1 just bought a power steering pump and the wheel is still hard to turn when i put the power steering fluid in it gets empty fast but know leaking in the car what can that be

If it won't stay full, then it has to be leaking out somewhere.

check carefully the rack and pinion-where the fluid goes to accommodate power steering-drips or leaks there indicate seals in the rack have gone out. The rack is located underneath, and in back of the engine.

1994 buick century brakes went out fluid leaking from rear

Brake lines by rear door on drivers side are a common failure point. lines under door failing can cause a total brake failure. Just replace and bleed the lines.

Getting a light color from power steering unit.It is not very pink in color anymore.Someone in buickforums wrote me saying may be getting coolant thru power steering cooler. What needs to be looked at

Power steering fluid comes in two colors, one of which is amber and the other color is a pink/red combination. When power steering fluid becomes much darker than when it is new, that means it is time to change it. Some vehicles have a light brown power steering fluid. just change the fluid and go from there ! use a turkey baster to remove fluid in power steering pump. refill the pump with new fluid, make sure air is out of system. you may need to bleed system when done. there will be some old fluid in system. but this is ok. to get air from system, just jackup front of car. move steering wheel from left stop to the right stop. do this a few times and be sure fluid is up in tank.

The horn isn't working on my 1994 buick century, but I can't find where it is located under the hood to repair it. Thanks

Before checking the horn, I would check all of the fuses and the horn relay. If all of those are fine, on a lot of vehicles the horn is located inside either the left or right front clip. In other words, in the space between the left and right engine bay walls, and the outside of the left and right fender. You will have to remove the inside of the fender (above the wheels) to see if the horn is in there. Also, the switch inside the steering wheel could have gone out. If you can get the front panel off of the steering wheel, run a wire from the positive to negative wires on the horn switch, if the horn works, the switch has gone out.
