Champion VIN number 559CM250APC3W5714 GM VIN number 1GBKP32Y1X3307411
It's been awhile since I've worked on a bus but if I remember correctly on some you have to access it through the multiplex which is usually in the center of the dash under a cowl (also called the 'doghouse' sometimes)
Since the engines are made by different companies than the bodies a multiplex was required to make the coding 'translations' from the sensors to the control modules.
Now having said that, not all buses were created equal with the amount of pins in the obd port so the available data may be limited. Hope this helps and good luck!

I removed both the dog box and panel above the instrument cluster and havent found any type of DLC.
Ok, the only thing I can remember is that sometimes the port is hidden under a face, usually either just above or just beside the multiplex if it isn't in the common area just under the dash. Have faith as it is there somewhere. I worked at a bus dealership in AB and the big 3 at the time (blue bird, champion, and giardin) weren't necessarily 'friendly' when asked questions about their builds. Sorry I couldn't be much more help.

SOURCE: what engine size do i have? chevy 1968 c10 vin
Check this website and double check your vin number to see if its correct. That way you can determine what you have for your engine sixze. If your engiune number had CE at the very beginning it would be a replacement Crate Engine. Yours is not a crate engine replacement as far as I can tell from the numbers you posted

SOURCE: I have a Chevy 350
This not the original engine so it did not come from any paticuliar year, but this much i can tell you the engine was sold as a replacement small block between 1995 and 2000, so it is at least 10 years old. here is the data from chevy site.
Engine #10243880, 350CID, 95-00, 4Bolt Main, Generation one crate/replacement motor, roller cam, one piece rear seal, Vortec Heads, 330HP
SOURCE: i just got my car out the shop, i got a engine
the vin number on the receipt maybe the vin number the used engine came from which is required by law. It shows the engine came from a car not stolen
Its the law to print the vin number on customers receipts for any used parts installed in their cars
