any way you feel vibrations travel in whicth speed?
if it is up then 90-100 kmh get your tires balanced ,(they put a piece of metal in them to not vibrate in high speed) if you have done this, see how is your alignment tires. if this have done see your arm steering , you have them problematic(losting fluid inside, or if you have hited something hard with your tires.

Change the brushes in the heater motor.

Common fault on Merc Vitos and sprinters.

Brushes are on ebay. Search for "heater brushes"

just a shot in the dark, im thinking that some engineer hid it inside the front driverside wheel well look up there for an access cover . if thats were it is you have to remove the tire and the cover. but your owners manuel shoul say were its located or call the dealership

I have a 2015 Mercedes sprinter van diesel 2.1l 4cyl need head torque bolt settings ten bolts

Use new bolts!
Tighten in the following stages 1. 20Nm 2. 100Nm 3. wait 3 mins 4. slacken bolts 1&2 retighten to 20Nm +110 degrees 5. carry out stage 4 for bolts 3,4,5 & 6 then bolts 7,8,9 &10 Sequence, 8 4 1 5 9 7 3 2 6 10 Bolts 9 & 10 are flywheel side of the engine.

I have 53 reg 208 cdi sprinter,Iam getting a humming nose comeing from the air box,and a bit of a vibration comeing through the floor,can you help..

dash speakers are mounted from under the dash so it may require the dash removal to get them out .Best check with a radio installer shop as to how to do it.
