CEL Code P1762 is Governor Pressure Sensor Offset Improper Voltage. Make sure all your wires going to the sensor are ok, then if they are I would look into a new Sensor. Hope this gives you some direction. Thanks for Using FixYa!

Dave I have a 99 and mine is under the hood on the right side in a large black box .take off cover on box to access relays they are all about the same .Try switching from one to another

Hello, Ruslan. The P138B error code usually means that the glow plug relay is faulty. I've also seen this code with faulty wiring harnesses . Hope this helps. Good luck and God bless.
with engine running, check voltage at battery should be no less then 12.6 should be over 13.0 and up but not over 15. volts. if voltage below spec check for blown fuse or check for voltage back of alternator if voltage below 12.6 bad alternator.check red on big stud with 1 wire, black on ground.

It should be in the passenger front kick panel. From what my 11 service manual says, it is a programmable module and you would need to store the configurations before screwing with the BCM. See item 4 in the image.
